The IRAYPLE AH7040CU000 is a high-performance, uncooled amorphous silicon (a-Si) microbolometer infrared detector core module designed for reliable thermal imaging in industrial applications. This device captures long-wave infrared radiation (LWIR, 8-14 µm) and converts it into detailed digital thermal images using microbolometer technology where an array of a-Si pixels absorbs IR energy, changes temperature, and alters electrical resistance to create accurate temperature maps.
